1. We Don't Own Your Work
Everything you create and share on The Harbour — your art, photos, music, writing, designs, videos, and any other content — is 100% yours.
- We do not claim any ownership over your content.
- We will never sell, license, or redistribute your work.
- We will never use your content for advertising, training AI models, or any commercial purpose.
- You grant us a limited license solely to display your content on The Harbour as you intended.
2. Limitation of Liability
The Harbour is a community platform. We cannot guarantee perfection, but here's what you should know:
- The Harbour is not liable for artwork, images, screenshots, or any content being copied, screenshotted, or shared outside the platform by other users or third parties.
- While we take reasonable steps to protect your content, no online platform can fully prevent screenshots, downloads, or re-sharing.
- We are not responsible for disputes between users, copyright claims between users, or any loss arising from your use of the platform.
- If you believe someone has infringed your copyright, contact us immediately and we will investigate.
3. Keeping The Harbour Safe
The Harbour exists to be a safe, creative, and welcoming space for everyone. To protect that, we enforce the following:
Zero Tolerance For:
- Harassment, bullying, or hate speech of any kind
- Sharing personal information of others without consent
- Posting explicit, violent, or graphic content
- Impersonating others or creating fake accounts
- Spam, scams, or solicitation
- Any illegal activity
Consequences:
- First violation: Warning and content removal
- Second violation: Temporary suspension
- Third violation or severe misconduct: Permanent removal from The Harbour without refund
We reserve the right to remove any user, at any time, who threatens the safety, integrity, or creative spirit of The Harbour community.
4. Our Commitment
- We will never run ads on your content.
- We will never sell your data to third parties.
- We are funded by membership fees — not by exploiting your work or attention.
- You can delete your account and all your content at any time.
